VHS intro is completely broken

There is something wrong with the video optimization of the intro. While the audio was playing normally the video keeps excessively lagging and occasionally freezing. When i go back to the menu to replay it it then is just audio and black screen.

In the older versions the video wasnt lagging however the video was always delayed from the audio (which still happens btw). The chapter 2 VHS intro and the rest of the vhs tapes are working fine so im surprised that the update instead of fixing the issue with the chapter 1 intro only made it worse. Pls make sure to fix it because its impossible to watch the intro no matter what settings i change.
