Long worm dog (i forgot the name)

ok so i was just casually playing chapter 2 and out of nowhere the worm dog thing turned into the flash also killed me. did this bug only happen to me or is there also other people that got it? (side note: also on the way into the dog worm room i just clipped out of the world but that isnt relevant for this topic)

When the light are "off" you can move but if its "on" you cant. There sometimes when youre using the rings to move from one place to another when the light are "on" he attacks. He can be quick but only when the lights are "On", even if youre inside of a tunel.
