Chapter 2 Can't proceed To Statues

Hey everyone. Has anyone ran into a bug where they can't open the switch to the Statues room? I use both of the hands but it just won't open. The train also disappeared. I emailed the devs so hopefully this gets fixed because I literally can't progress further.

Same is happening to me. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it is still happening. Please let me know if you find out anything. thank you.

same, mine train even disappear :'(

Figured it out. It was my mouse. I have a mouse where the left and right buttons are not separate but "joined". I used a different mouse where the left and right mouse clicks are separated and it worked! So it was a hardware issue for me.

Just started playing this game and I've run into the same problem. Train disappeared, door won't open. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with the mouse. Has anyone else found a solution?

same here, mine does not seem to me a mouse issue, i am pretty sure it is the game. the train disappears as soon as you spawn in so there is no chance for you to do anything. i am pretty sure i know how to open the statues door but no matter what position i am in nothing happens....i even held onto it for a minute (USING BOTH HANDS) but nothing is happening. I am furious that I have spent money on this and i cant finish the game. MOB games needs to get on it and fix the bugs/glitches within this game. because its honestly so frustrating!

Sounds like the game is thinking you've made it to the molding room or something, so it shuts a door and deloads the train and potentially other assets for optimization as you're not meant to return to the game station anytime soon.

If you're talking about the statues doors turning red you have to use both hands and keep pulling on the door to the right. Remember that after you latch your hands you have to release the mouse buttons then press and hold them again. If you keep holding and pulling the door will start to slowly open.

I solved the problem, if you have a mouse that you can connect then USE IT, that worked for me
