Poppy Playtime Black Screen And "Fatal error!"

I use a lenovo laptop, the version of my DirectX is currently 12 , the problem is: The game asks me to select chapter 1 or chapter 2 (in game obviously , also i dont have chapter 2) and when i select chapter 1 the menu is just a black screen that stands there temporarily and then it appears "Fatal error!" as a pop up, Please help me!

Same Thing! But my problem was when I loaded into chapter 2 and at the end of the commercials and the load in screen, it stays "Fatal Error".
