grainy graphics

I am very confused and would appreciate it if someone would help me. I have just brought Poppys Playtime chapter 2 and have tried to play it however the graphics are very bad and look all grainy. I was confused and tried to mess with the graphics in game however couldn’t turn the graininess off (even when turning grain filter off) I loaded back onto chapter 1 and saw that the graphics were perfect with no graininess.

I hope someone can help me resolve this problem.

I don’t believe it is. I have watched youtube videos of chapter 2 and there seems to be no grainy effect. I’ll try and upload pictures to show how bad it looks.
