you gotta download a mod in a .PAK file. i get them from gamebanana.com. Then you go to steam library and right click on poppy playtime then press manage>browse local files. Then keep that window open and also open the mod file location. Put the paks folder on one side of the screen and the mod location on the other. Now drag the mod file under the actuall game file. That's it! Happy moddance!

Except Game Banana mods don't work either. I tried this too and couldn't get it to work. Also, which game file? Under Playtime Launcher or WindowNoEditor?
