Won't let me play

I bought this game today and oh boy, when I first booted up the game the menu was completely dark, the only things I could see was the menu buttons like setting, find match, etc... When I get into a game, either it's all black or you just stay in a room for 20 minutes without being able to move around, plus there is no one joining the rooms. Please fix this or if someone knows how to fix it, please let me know, ive been wanting to play this game so bad, help will be appreciated.

Hi! To start a game you need a minimum of 2 players up to 5 (max). It's an asymmetric multiplayer game.

This problem you mentioned above, could be due to 2 factors:
Either the video drivers on your PC need to be updated
Or your PC hardware is not enough to run the game.

Im getting the same issue, even just loading the How To Play section i cant move and nothing happens, my computer is better than the recommended settings.
