Weapon enchantment RESPEC BUG

After level reset I noticed that my wepon rune enchantment from weapon gone. The icon of the rune was still on the weapon, but weapon stats were reset to default.
And even funnier thing - when I went to enchant it again with the same rune - instead of buffing stats - upgrade window showed that stat will be LOWER after upgrade (not scaling, but weapon damage).
I figured out how to break this bug with installing some random rune into the weapon and then installing what I needed after - and there it is, went from B+ to S+ as it was before.
Rune in question was Astral rune.
But i don't think rune is the problem - respec iis the problem here, it affects weapon stats somehow as well reseting them too.
Feels bad - i wasted a lot of rare materials....

Update.
Rune not working again even though i didnt reset my lvls.
Apparently IT IS Astral Rune that's broken

Same problem reoccur when i applied Astral rune on my new weapon. It's just randomly stop and start working after teleport/death
