The Mandragora team could do the same as in Ender Magnolia. Ender Magnolia shows the map completion by area. If you know the incomplete area, you can narrow down your search.
The map was cleary inspired by Super Metroid. But I didn't remember having any issues like this back in the day.

No. I have this already. But thanks anyway. Also, there's another one like this in the Gloomroot Woods. I'm missing a diagram, so it's a secret area, I guess.

Yes, tried that too. By comparing the maps that I found 4 missed spots. But it's still 99% with diagrams missing.
Except for one entropic rift area in nameless city that simply refuses to update to my map no matter how many times I fall to my death or fly over the spots that are supposedly there.
I have to give up on this at this point.
A Fing hate those spots you have die to get or do some kind of leap of faith. They should amplify the area you open spots on the map and draw a border line when you give the fragment to Gerald (like in Super Metroid).
