[Game Balance Suggestions]
First of all: description of "crit chance" needs some clearing.
Physical Crit Chance - ONLY for melee weapons or weapon skills (like Whirlwind or Shield Bash). It has nothing with actual magic damage on weapons. You can easily test it on dummy.
Magic Crit Chance - ONLY for SPELLS, it doesn't work on weapons attacks with magic type damage at all.

Now, balance suggestions:
- make Blacksmith leveling 18-20 more smooth, now it needs too much "dagger crafting"(c)
- change a few armor set bonuses for engame Phys/Chaos (especially Poison+Chaos) and Phys/Wyld endgame builds. Now we have top-tier sets for: phys crit STR/DEX build, POISON/BLEED build, Fire Caster, Chaos Caster, Astral Caster/melee hybrid and Wyld Caster/melee hybrid
- add some mid-tier DEX/SPIRIT daggers, now we have only these from goblins and from witches in late game location
- change magic crit chance > phys crit chance on Illina Blade of Revenge, since it is a two-hander weapon
- change bleed chance > phys crit chance on Sanguine Kiss
- change crit damage > chance of lightbrand on Hammer of Judgement
- add high-tier bleed/poison weapon to fit Penumbra set
- show exact % of Astral damage, which is converted to HP in description of lightbrand
- what kind of scaling has Burn, Bleed and Poison? This needs some clearing too in descriptions.

Passives changes:
Warlord > generate 20% more adrenaline from attacks
Weapon Expert > Two-handed weapons - 15% increased attack speed, one-handed weapons +10% crit damage
LifeBlood Surge > gain 5% of MAX, nox MISSING health
Fury of the Elements > gain stackable % bonus Wyld damage with attacks or spells, which fades over time
Boons of the Hunt > show exact numbers of bonuses
Dual Blade Expert > +25% crit damage with daggers, -15% stamina cost (Make daggers great again!)
Lucky Streak > dagger attacks crits restore 15 stamina (with cooldown)
Power Vacuum > change bonus to +0,5% per 1 mana spent (in current version it works only with 250+ mana, which is surely top end-game build)

Agreed. Makes the wyld connection from nightshade unviable until very late into the game.

It's fine as it is. The bonus doesn't disappear/reset until you rest. If your mana is below 250 you can simply drink a mana potion. This talent is already above the power level of many talents.
making everything cheaper, less to level up, vendors gains more xp on diagrams

I was unable to upgrade blacksmith above level 18. I hardly reached 18 with nothing more to craft to level him up. Even crafting just admant to level him will take forever. I had this problem with tailor also. On the other side, the occultist is maxed very fast and easily. I think this need some balance.
