How many TROPHYS are still buged?

When i played it a couple of weeks ago some trophys seems to be buged, like giving all the maps to Gerald or unobtainable weapons for all weapons trophy...
So i just play yesterday and today with my last character and get a couple of new trophys i didnt get before, and checking the trophys from other players seems like there are some with 0.1% or 0.2% obtained by ppl. But at the same time i keep reading around this forum that they are buged, like the ones to get all weapons.
I look the patch notes and didnt found anything about patching the trophys issues.

So.. anyone can confirm if you can 100% the trophys or not yet?

also i will be glad if someone had figure out how to keep Rhys alive after the final boss x_x im in front of him but i wont kill him until i know i can enchant my weapons after doing it xP

Some said that these 0,1% that got unobtainable achievements were throught cheating. It seems that exist an app that enable any achivement, but I don't know it.

You mentioned that you needed to kill Rhys in your playthrough, but not me. I finished the game yesterday and I have never been asked to kill him. Maybe it has to do with the answers given during playthrought? Or I need to talk to him after killing the last boss?

if you romance the witch till the end and get the vampire ending, rhys is dead after the final boss. Why? Know one knows...

Wow I didn't know that. I answered everything in favor to the witches in my playthrought but Rhys is alive.
