How to access Kickstarter content ?

Hi !
How can i access in-game to the kickstarter DLC content ?
I see the DLC in my Steam Library, but i don't know how to unlock them in-game.

At my backer level i have 7 DLC : 3 pets, 3 outfit and 1 quest "Dark Ale" (not sure of the translate, i'm French)

Pets—no prerequisite, can be enabled in the game settings.
Outfits—have to meet and invite Shirin to the Witch Tree first to unlock Transmog.
Dark Ale—defeat Pepper first and talk to the barmaid at Wickham Marketplace.
