Suggestion: Make the bestiary available from the start menu

Just like the Glossary. Having to teleport to the Witch Tree and run back to the NPC just to look at the bestiary is pointless and tedious. Likewise, it shouldn't be necessary to return to the NPC to reveal the map after getting the fragment. It breaks the pace of the game. The same goes for the bounty quests. The amount of times the game makes you return to the hub is obnoxious.
