Can't access platform in Mining outpost

I finished the game but have this one small map area unrevealed. There is a group of platforms soon after the beginning of this zone that seem too high to reach from the ground. One blue item is visible. Hints on how to access it ? Thanks

I found it, I leave the question if it is helpful to anyone. If unreachable, it means you didn't explore another spot in the area, only possible with full mobility
