I can't reach it even with the wings. I noticed that both the double jump and wings don't trigger when you press the button in a position bellow of your starting position before the first jump. For example:
if you walk and throw yourself off a cliff, you can't trigger these skills. Even if you jumped before, if on a cliff and you fall too much, both the double jump and wings won't trigger.

Go to the ledge, hang down and then use the grapple hook to get further down. Then jump off the wall.

Thanks for the reply, but how to get further down using graple hook? Yes there's a graplehook connection spot up above in the center of the cliff, but I don't figured out how using it to get further down.

I just discovered that there's no way to get there by the cliff using the hook, double jump or wings. The correct way is breaking the wall on the other side LOL. Maybe we are not talking of the same place. I found a chest with a cooking diagram, 2 mana potions and one crafting item there.
