The current build is fully playable and enjoyable - although it is true that some achievements are bugged, so you can not 100% the game at the moment. But does it matter? - That's subjective. I personally enjoyed the Demo, the Pre-order Preview 1 and Preview 2, and now the slightly bugged full game. There are still bugs, but i have a blast.
So, it's up to you if you wanna wait for a fully fleshed out, perfectly polished game, or if you're okay with a 98% working game.
Since release they pushed out patches weekly, so i assume it won't take that long until major tracking issues are being fixed. They were also talking about balancing tweaks of some sort, so if you desire a fully polished experience, maybe wait 1-2 weeks before starting the game.
