Chest in the upper quarter

After you move the ladders so that the left one is the hioghest, you go up, go left, then the next section (before you break the wall) there is a chest on the right just below where you enter. How do I get to that chest, i tried jumping a bunch of times, but its lsightly too far and theres no hook there.
