And do I need all the shields for this?
If so, which shield am I missing? I've already bought everything I can and knocked out everything I can...

Nobody has it on any system, same goes for the "all diagrams" trophy/acheivement. This has me wondering if there's a diagram that just nobody can find? Or maybe it's just bugged. Maybe it's a drop from the banshee which seems to be a bugged enemy. idk. I wish the devs would update us on some of these trophy bugs.

I'm playing on playstation so my list is a little different. all kill trophies are bugged, i think the weapons/diagram trophies are bugged, loremaster has a bugged tracker + missing banshee. I hope it gets addressed soon. Seems like patches are dropping nonstop but none has affected these bugs.

Well, yes, there are patches, but the necessary ones are not there

Banshees - yes, they do not respawn
I definitely have part of the map
And it seems like the diagrams too

I also searched everything and the last shield is nowhere to be found.
I am also missing one cloak - it is also nowhere to be found.

Diagram: In a gold chest at the end of a secret passage in the Castle Jail, past the Cthonic Stalker double boss.

I can't find the hammer that's in the first row 10th column - where is that located?

You are missing the "Amnesia" mace, but I can't remember where I got it. You can't craft it und no enemy drops it, so it is most likely in a chest you have missed. Or it is sold by some of the NPCs outside the camp.

Go to your personal cart and have a look if you have missed any chests;

Found the chest but didn't have the item. Stats look like yours so must be an NPC?

If the missing item is indeed "Amnesia", then it's located in the Wickham Sewers, right after the Pepper Boss Fight, where you break through the ground for the first time. There's a golden chest and some loot down there. It's very unusual to miss it ... But the Amnesia Diagram is right there.

Thanks so much - must be a bug - I don't have the diagram and I've opened the chest/beat the game and opened all other chests
