Wiki?

Does anyone know of a wiki or a google doc being put together to help find all the items? I am currently trying to find out where all of the flask are, but I am finding it hard to find any resources on it sadly.

Demajen has a spreadsheet for equipment (barring the 3 seemingly unobtainable ones), and a full map, though I don't think that has Naceaia and Flasks on it.
I think the Crystal Flasks are dropped by Bosses and you can currently obtain 6 of 10 (Completion book is a liar).
I think only 3 of 4 of the Naceaia are obtainable, with their locations as follows:
1. Just past the alchemist's initial spawn, before the Coven Rift
2. Just before the [Lighthouse] Witch Stone, just after the Slumbering Field of flowers or whatever it was called
3. In the Witches Coven area, about 2 squares above the [Coven] Witch Stone
