Assets not loading when trying to exit a rift -- insta-death
This has happened to me on two occasions now. The first time, when on the quest to find the Witch's Coven, I went through the Entropy world, tried to exit the rift and, essentially, fell to my death once the loading screen was done. Immediate death -- from black loading screen to Perished, without any background showing. This happened several times, until I restarted the game and got today's patch.

Thought that would fix it... but now getting the same issue when trying to get to the Crimson City.

Needless to say, it's more than a little annoying, on top of the general annoyance that is the Entropy realm itself.

It's a known bug caused by phoenix rebirth perk, hopefully will be fixed in the next patch.

yeah I died countless time to this bug, it's insane that the devs still haven't fixed it.

I received this same bug when trying to exit the rift to the witch coven.
