Never more shield . Help find

Anyone know where to get this diagram for this ?

It’s the second to last shield on the list and I can’t find it

Also the 2nd row 5th slot shield/relic I can’t find either

Nevermore shield schematic is outside the door at the bottom of the very first "thorns dungeon" (the one you did in Gravseep Swamp). You need Double Jump and the Grapple Hook to reach it.
