Soft Locked from Progress by Bug - The Witch Coven Enthropy portal

I am not sure what is happening, but my progress is corrupt. Every time I exit the enthropy, it shows me falling through the textures and die.

I can no longer progress the game.

If you have a 'phoenix rebirth' skill, there is a bug like that.
Reset skills and remove the 'phoenix rebirth' skill to fix it.
