Mistress of the Tome fight is really unfair for Wyldwardens.

The fight with the marionettes is just impossible if you play a Wyldwarden, because all of your class mechanics simply don't work in that fight. The marionettes can't be rooted because they aren't on the ground, and you also don't get the bonus damage from Sic' Em against them either.

So you wind up in this obnoxious fight against three bosses at the same time with your damage cut in half.

Also my character seems to simply drop dead on the third stage of this fight without any indication what killed him. I don't get it. How do you beat this?

What skill are you using? You don't really need root as a Wyldman. Ball lightning is the best at that point, although Fork lightning also works. Get the DOT upgrade for ball lightning or the damage upgrade for Fork. Because those skills hit multiple times they build up Rejuvenation stacks quickly, so you can spam them no problem. They also trigger Sic' Em regularly.

I finally got past it, but I had to grind for a while to build up my character. No idea this just seemed like a really big spike in difficulty in the game.
