Any ideas ? I got all from vendors and crafted them all as well

Row 2: 9, 10, 11 and 13 are sold by the vendor inside the Rifts, I'm pretty sure.
Row 4: 2nd to last is a craftable shield called Nevermore but I can't remember where exactly I found it. Faint memory that it was possibly in the final areas before the last boss.

Do you have any memory where you found Row 2: 8?

Edit: In case you missed the vendor, starting from Braer Gardens checkpoint, go to the Rifts to the right, take only the two first jump pads that take you higher, on the same level as the disappearing red platform there's a portal on the left. In the area inside the portal go a bit to the left to find the vendor.

Edit 2: In pretty much the exact middle of the Clock Towers (purple final area) on the bridge with a fire knight there's an easily missable diagram above on the right. You'll have to drop down a ladder from above to the left and jump off in the midway of the ladder to get to the diagram. If you're missing that one, it must've been the Nevermore shield.

2:8 must be pretty early before midway in the game since it’s just a 35% spell buff relic. Not sure where it’s from it’s called golden prism.

That’s the one you can see through the wall on ledge above him if you go to the right and climb the ladder that’s there ? If so I got that one :(

Found the Golden Prism in the Ruins of West Wickham. There was a breakable floor I had missed.

I'm missing the last 4 capes, any ideas?

I have checked all vendors (witches, traveler camp, and rift guy).
I have crafted all the diagrams, and also checked every mob drop.
Does shirin get 4 new capes as she levels up? She's level 10 and max is 15 so theoretically she could get 4 new capes.

At least 3 of the 4 are craftable, yes. Still missing the second to last one.

I'm also missing that same helmet. We are probably missing the same only shield too, one to the right of Shield of Honor. For some reason Rhys didn't die after I completed my game so I could still craft all the relics and I'm missing none of those. Unfortunately you'll probably have to wait for the New Game+ mode they've said is coming later.
