I have no blotches on my map, everything is explored and still, I'm missing 15 chests, 2 side quests, 9 witch stones, 4 flasks and 1 narcella...where?! I've hit everywall, stomped every floor and killed myself just to make sure there was no uncovered grounds. xD

Chest Tracker is bugged.
9 missing witch stones is what everyone seems to be left with. Same for 4 missing flasks and 1 special plant.

Sidequests CAN all be completed, however. I've stuck a list of quests in the big spreadsheet I've been making for the game at https://www.demajen.co.uk/Mandragora . Maybe that can help you out.

(I have no idea how it orders the quests in-game. The list is just copied from my quest log.)

I have found 19 out of 18 wooden chests. :)
