From the "Old elevator" -> Go left until you reach last mausoleum door (Should have locked symbol on the map)

You can also just teleport to old wickham cemetery. Go to the very bottom where you rescued the mage NPC and go through middle door there. From there you will arrive at the previous area where there are two bandit enemies. Go one screen right and the door is there in the cemetery.

Hmm maybe I was thinking of something else, sorry. I remember finding it just can't remember where.
