Change class/talent?

Are you able to change class and respect talents in this game? If so, how do you do it? And how far do you have to get in the game to do it?

Beat the Necromancer to unlock Level Respec.
Level Respec can be accessed at the center of your base.
But be warned, some other players have noted that you might get less skill points than what you originally if you respec. If you're starting out, you may want to just make a new character.

ah thats where I'm at now, so theres no way to change your class, have to start all over?

There's a bug that deletes the extra skill points you get from the offering alters if you use a respec, but you can fix this bug yourself if you're willing to use cheat engine.

what, i already beated the necro and havent unlock leveling respect

A short distance after beating him I don't remember exactly if it's on the way to the boathouse or ferryman, you'll be told your witch friend is waiting for you at the base. If you've unlocked skill upgrades then you've unlocked the respec, just access the witch tree. The game doesn't tell you it's there afaik so it's easy to miss.
