Phycical Critical Hit Chance Question (Bug?)

I have 21% critical hit chance (physical) now and a weapon who should give me +8%. However, the value stays at 21% no matter what weapon i equip. Is it bugged or just not showing weapon Chance % increase in the character sheet? Anyone know? Is it bugged?

I was having the same problem until I realized the weapon with the +crit wasn't the weapon I was holding.

Capped at 21...? No, i dont think so. When i remove my ring and it falls down to 16% chance. Then try to equip my sword it still doesnt take into account the +% chance from the weapon. It still stays on 16% until i put the ring back on and it goes back up to 21%.

Could the developers come and clarify this? If they roam the forums that is....
