You can buy mana potions in the town. Some enemies drop them, the mage type. Once you find the alchemist, you can buy and craft them.
All spellcaster classes are also good at melee combat and most skilltrees have some skills that recharge mana. Also you get rings that recharge mana.
The game was build this way, with limited mana because spells are powerful. If they add mana flasks that recharge, they may make the vanguard useless. In dark souls 3 we have rechargeable mana flasks but spells suck.
