double jump

I've already gone quite far in the game, but I haven't found a double jump and it looks like I'm stuck without it. I can't get through. Tell me where it is.

The dragon boss? I just can't get to him. it seems like you need to do something with the bell to open the door, but I do not know how to interact with it.

Three pieces to the bell in front of the door, but 2/3 of them so far seem to require double-jump, so I'm outta ideas myself rn...
