Anyone found these melee abilities in game yet?

Copying below some info from the game's website, I've yet to find whirlwind or impale and execute 10 hours in:

2H Weapons let you use Whirlwind to create a continuous whirlwind of cleaving attacks around you.
They also provide some unique and powerful new Active Skills depending on the type of weapon you’re wielding:

Impale & Execute (Greatsword): Stabs forward with your Greatsword, dealing 120% Weapon Damage and you can reactivate it again to consume all Adrenaline to do a follow-up strike, dealing bonus damage based on the Adrenaline consumed.

I have those. I think I got one in the vampire castles, and one from an optional, ice giant boss, I think? It was the area after castle i believe.
