Key Issues

I purchased the game via Green Man Gaming as the Deluxe version there cost just the same as the base game on Steam. However, the key could not be activated giving an error message "Sorry, but this product is not available for purchase in this country. Your product key has not been redeemed." GMG has since then delisted the game from their store, and I am awaiting some sort of resolution for the purchase made. Devs, can you reach out to GMG and make things right? I'm waiting to play the game.

You have to sort that out with GMG, they are an official reseller, nothing the devs can do for you here.

I already spoke to them and they said it is a publisher issue regarding the key and that they have contacted them.

"Unfortunately this title is no longer available in your region, as such I can confirm that I have now cancelled this order and I have processed a refund." All is well that ends well I suppose.
