Are u dumb or smth?
When you finish the quest he's in your camp. Also I haven't bought any and I could open every chest I came across in my 7 hours.
WITH THAT SAID, I'll give you one thing: Lockpicks feel pointless, precisely because exploration gives enough and shop allows to bypass exploration.
Craft them? No, I haven't been able to do that, but then I haven't finished the game either, so can't tell if that's an option.
Buy them? Yes, you can buy them from one of your companions.
Find them? Can't remember having done that, but have received them as rewards for quests.
You can indeed find them.
What is the name of this NPC? I cant't find them in Ulfar/Shirin/Yrsa inventories and crafting menus.
How in the heck did you miss Gerald? You talk to him on the hunter's path right after the witch tree. You are suppose to ask the commander if he can come back into town AFTER you deal with the bandits in the sewers. Then you just return to gerald and bam, you got a map buddy.
Just before the first town where you have to kill bandits in sewers to get ears. Exist to the town to the right and he's sitting on a stump/fence right next to the "campfire" thing. Talk to him, talk to the guard chief in town. Check top left exit on your camp he should be there with maps and bounty board.
Yes, just found him. Now the game make sense :)
Big thanks to you nad Kashra
