There's a reasonable concern here (collection of too much data data), but because you're approaching this issue like a clown you are making everyone else talking about it look like one. Why are you using Data collection interchangeably with scamming and hacking?
Breaking into your PC requires just as much effort as breaking into a company PC (that would have valuable info). Using it through a game is one of the most expensive ways I can think of. What would they achieve? Send propaganda? Servers are cheap (thousands of times cheaper than game development). They don't need your PC for spam.
Collection of "photos, audio, video" is extremely disingenuous, because they specifically said "photos" (no video/audio) in EULA and it's relating to real life events they organize. I.e. IT IS NOT FROM YOUR PC.
EVERY online service you visit collects your IP.
Passwords weren't even on the list. Show evidence if you didn't lie.
Mailing and other stuff is too much. Repressions and executions for photos from your PC do not concern "THEM". This is a problem of the purely ru segment and certainly not through games. Although who knows these senile dictators...
