Blade Dance bugged?
How does Blade Dance work?

From how it is described in the Glossary, all I need is full combo points.

But when I press the button combo for "Special Action" all it shows is a green circle around me, and nothing happens. Even if there are targets in sight.

How does it work?

It is not clear from the Glossary and there is no tutorial for it.

IIRC from the playtest you have to SPEND combo points to FILL its meter, and then when its meter is full you can unleash it.

This is correct, i found discoverd this myself, however in the early game you bairly have any combo spenders exepct the apply poisen, thats why you rarely get to charge it up
