Pre-Order Bonus Availability

Due to the game releasing earlier than expected, rather than what the store page suggested, I - and I reckon many others - seemingly missed out on those bonuses.

I am aware that the quest will be available for everyone to play in 3 months from now, but I am mostly "concerned" about the transmog set and pet.

I was going to purchase the game on time right after work, but now it looks like there's no way for me to obtain any of these bonuses, which is a bit both unfortunate and unfair.

Has there been any word/comment from the developer on this?
I've seen them respond here and there (like about the quest), yet nothing in regards to this.

Also, I don't think I've ever seen a game release earlier than expected; it's always been later than what the store page suggests.
Not that it's of any importance, however releasing a game earlier than it's "supposed" to leads to things like these.

I know it's not the same, but Greenmangaming has the deluxe edition for 20% off or $40 right now, which effectively gives you all the pre-order content for the same price as the standard edition on Steam. It's a legit reseller and Steam key they give you.

Thank you for the tip but how do I know the pre-order content is actually included?
It doesn't say anything about it on the site itself.

As far as I'm aware, the deluxe edition content and pre-order bonuses are different.

I just bought the deluxe from GMG with a 20% discount. My dlc list has both pets and both transmog's.

The Steam store page also states that the pre-order dlc is part of the deluxe version.

Thank you, guys, I must've misunderstood!

I suppose it just sucks for the people who don't really want to buy outside of Steam or are hesitant to pay 10€ extra.
