Game seems to not be in the right resolution in borderless.
Not entirely sure how/why it was doing this, but it didn't matter if I changed it from 1080p to 1440p, it didn't change. Only switching to fullscreen fixed it. Not sure what resolution it was in though, but that FPS counter from my steam overlay was massive before changing it haha.
