Knee Jerk Feedback
Just had a VERY quick spin (probably about 30 minutes).

I love the art, music and voice acting. The story has me interested. The talent tree has some interesting variety. I'm definitely going to be buying this on payday.

There are a few things that struck me immediately that I hope the devs can work on, one of which has already been brought up in these forums

1. I played as sword saint (magical beam and 1h sword). There's no oomph to my attacks. Neither the sword strike nor the beam feels impactful. I'm wondering if that's just because I'm only level 4 and 20 odd minutes into the game, so shouldn't expect much. But, for comparison, I've been playing a lot of another souls-like recently called "no rest for the wicked" and when you hit things even at level 1, it's incredibly satisfying. As I reach end game, and face those end game enemies, I'm treated to the sound of my flaming sword ripping through the air and hacking chunks of their flesh. When they die, they explode in a fountain of blood and the screen shudders. I hope the devs understand that if we're going to spend 30+ hours of hitting and/or zapping things, we want those animations and sound effects to make us want to keep coming back for more.

2. I'm surprised we have a roll instead of a dash. That's it. I think a dash works so much better in these types of 2.5d hack 'n slash games.

3. The other thing isn't so important, but I noticed that you can be a variety of skin colours, except brown and dark brown. Hopefully it wouldn't be a big deal to add those skin colour options in.

Other than that and with only a 20 minutes played, like I say I'm definitely going to buy this.
