50$ was a first mental hurdle I could have maybe overlook
But adding this to it makes it hard to consider
This game is fun to play, but I'm really tired of activist developers that do this sort of thing to promote a highly ideological, fact adverse interpretation of reality.
But I don't know, I don't want to judge a studio by one weird character picture. The gameplay is actually fun.
Says the one with the furry fetish...
Seems like you've one as well. Why else would you go to my profile and leave with that as your main take away unless you were looking.
I was interested in the game since 2 years ago when Splattercat showcased it but I'm very much opposed to "type A / type B" bodytypes and such which treat biological Sex like some kind of diabetes. I'm not exactly a fan of.. how should I put this delicately.. "Human character designs" which have sociopolitical flavors in them, since it just damages suspension of disbelief. As unfortunate as it can be, its not always creators who get to decide what kind of designs audience allow to get suspended.. and these "male bulky female" character types tend to not be in favor of the masses who purchase the game. Nowdays people just quickly check a review video and make swift decision will they buy or not, no second chances.
Would it be possible to create an options setting which allows players to set them to either male/female etc. or more.. "correct by.. standards of more picky groups".
Bro how is this ideology lmao this ♥♥♥♥ is so stupid, either play the game or don’t but it’s just pathetic to be crying because a character is black no one who isn’t a complete fecking idjit cares about this
Jesus, someone's writing this game. I'm going to look for that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the credits and see what else he wrote. I saw Mitsoda mentioned, but I don't think he wrote the whole plot.
btw: did you consider that somebody really (and just) likes the way the lady (you all talk about) looks? not b/c of supposed ideology but b/c of artistic freedom, taste etc?
