Remove fall damage
Fall damage is just silly, I was surprised I insta died when I tried to run through the demo faster. It only serves to make the game take longer and frustrate the player.

Friend, the damage caused by falling from a great height in this game and the like is normal, otherwise with such requirements it would be possible to make your wish in dark souls :steamhappy:

I agree it might be frustrating from time to time, however fall damage definitely makes sense and it should stay in the game. I would even suggest different levels of effect:
1. Low heights = no damage,
2. Mid heights = broken leg and/or arm lowering characters walking and/or action speed until appropriate healing is applied,
3. High heights = death.
Considering that the game gives me a mix of Diablo 3 and Trine vibes I was surprised of the instant death. The developers can of course do as they please but it made me stop playing the demo. I recommend looking at how dead cells deal with it, but that is just my opinion.

Every game should have its own mechanics, conceived by the creator, and if we all pile on each with our own opinion, nothing good will come of it:SadWF:

This is not a roguelike though, it has more of a soulslike combat imo, fall damage and stamina are mechanics that darksouls has. This is not Diablo too, no mowing down hordes of enemies, combat is more tactical with parrying, blocking and dodging, but i got those trine vibes too, got me worried there might be a similar mechanic of changing heroes mid combat which i dont like, there was a game recently who did this, metroidvania too, cant remember the name.

Frustration is a good way for you to get good at the game. then you will not be frustrated anymore. no need to blame the game mechanic on a skill issue..
