When you reach Stratum 11 and can upgrade your Scale Pans at the rest area (attack the trees left of the save point in Rispadar).
Since I didn't know any better, I personally did a set with
203 = Stamina Card (16, Enhanced), Gold Ore (19, Enhanced), Pure White Garment (70), Mochi Rolled in Beam Jam (59), Magical Silver Ore (39)
203 = Egg on Bread (18, Enhanced), Chocolate Pie (63, Enhanced), Magical Power Card (36), Jam Roll (58), Cream Puff (28)
Magical Power, HP Recovery, ST Gain Rate = White, Strong, Extreme, ★
Max HP, Max ST, Guard Durability = Strong, Extreme, ★
Gradual Recovery = Strong
Attack Power and Magical Power are now +4%, +6%, +8%, and +10% stat increases, instead of flat increases, so you want every tier.
Duration up isn't as useful like in base game because there are no Berserk/Sylphid-like buffs to apply to the Baker's Daughter.
ST gain is still good since you're probably Witch special skill spamming to AoE clear every room.
In terms of ultimate weapon, you have to use the final staff Caduceus for a magic build because this game has the lower magic rank penalty (unlike the base game which made every staff viable).
Better melee weapons weapons include Thunder Sword (no Kaiser Ring/Hero's Reflection/Sword Energy, 365 Attack +19 per upgrade?), Phoenix Blade (yes Kaiser Ring/Sword Energy, 777 attack, +28 per upgrade?), and Divine Sword Ec Stasia (yes Kaiser Ring/Sword Energy, 1050 attack, +24 per upgrade?) due to their extra attacks. You really want to use the latter weapons since in Gaiden, there are no equipment boards to equalize the playing field.
I think Ec Stasia's has huge range and applies extra magic damage more consistently, so you can just lawnmower rooms like with the base game's Command Claw build.
You can also see the build on my youtube channel in one of the latest videos of the playlist.
