Chest hidden in the mountain in chapter 2.

How do you get the chest inside the hill in chapter 2. It is inside the swamp where you need a torch to see. It has a digging point directly over it.

Where do I find the key? The dog signal goes from a question mark to exclamation point, but I don't get any option anywhere?

The exclamation point indicates that you are very close, try searching around that area.
