Steam Deck docked mode seems to be broken for setting resolution
I have tried everything to set the resolution of the game to 1080p for play in docked mode on Steam Deck, but the game consistently resets it to 720p when launching the game. Is there no way around this? I play a ton of games in docked mode at 1080p without issue. This is the first game I've ever tried that doesn't seem to allow it.

it resets on game restarts?
or midgaming?

or do you already refunded it, steam says you dont own the game on that account.

I already refunded it. Just not worth the hassle. It always would say that the updated resolution setting would take effect after rebooting the game. You set the resolution, it says that it has saved your updated options settings, reboot the game and the setting (and game) is still 720p.

so three clicks the times you restart the game is too much?
your loss
and i just tested it, doesnt happen for me.
neither docked or streamed to 1080p.

atleast dont make a fake review how the game doesnt run/bugs out on protondb.

Not sure what you're implying there. The game's resolution settings are broken on Steam Deck in docked mode. That is confirmed. It's 720p or nothing if you play in docked mode. If you actually found a way to make it work, maybe explain that instead of acting like a child.

I spent way too long trying to trouble shoot this and google solutions. Even the developer confirmed that it will only display in 720p in docked mode in another topic on this very board.

jsaux dock and official dock. The developer has literally said themselves that the game does not support anything other than 720p when in docked mode on Steam Deck. They also falsely claim that Value told them it has to be 720p in docked mode. Anyone who has played Steam Deck docked knows that is not true.

So are you also going to tell the developer to not post "meh" stuff? Actually shocking how dumb some people can be. Every time you think people can't get any dumber, someone like Nyu shows up and betrays your expectations. Congrats! (rolls eyes)

You have some issues dude. Need a spank ?
I'm absolutely not refunding, but the game has the issue exactly as described above.
Go get a Xanax or something , drop that attitude ASAP.

Nah, probably found some post on OH SO ALMIGHTY reddit, didn't even read it. Set his resolution to 4K, didn't restart the game and told everyone he fixed it. I love these guys <3

Same exact issue here, unable to change docked resolution.

If you play on PC why use the Steam Deck? Play from the regular Steam app.. works fine there.

Was this ever resolved?
