What to do with God Stones?

I have 2 red, 2 yellow, 1 blue, and 1 green but I cant figure out what to do with them now.

combine them in the recipe book and then talk to the baker shop after post game, she will trade it for armor

There is no way to combine that I see, is it post game only?

Have you been keeping up with your Small metal and Arena rewards? You get more synthesis books that way, one of which contains the recipes for the gems

Yeah I've got the arena 100% and I only show two metals missing in that treasure book. It shows a blank for a missing metal in the swamp that I cant find anywhere, then there's 1 left for arena that should be post game. I got all the way up to the 6th trinket slot I think that was the last metal.

Checked ingame just now, it's the fourth synthesis book titled Alchemy Recipes.
You need 25 small metals, which you should be able to get in Chapter 8 onwards. The final chapter before postgame

Yeah I wasn't quite as far into the game as I thought I was, I'm caught up now and wrapping up the first play through. 11/10 experience.
