The soundtrack is a hodgepodge of tracks by various artists all with varying licensing.
Most, if not all music used in this game seems to either be royalty free or taken from some other games, at least from what I have seen when looking up the OST on Youtube.

I sincerely doubt the soundtrack will ever be able to be sold on here, which is also why I hope linking this will lead to no trouble: https://downloads.khinsider.com/game-soundtracks/album/astlibra-revision-switch-windows-gamerip-2022

Can't download off of that site without paying a subscription, referring others or uploading songs. Thanks though.

You can download single songs, it only blocks you from downloading entire albums at once. I went through the OST one by one when I downloaded it off of there.
