Is this up arrow a secret?

I cannot tell, its about the same size of that block you had to hit with an arrow at the tutorial.

I can’t really see from the screen ( I’m on phone) if it’s a small green arrow pointing up walk on it and press up direction and it will reveal a chest

You go there, press up and chest will reveal.

I dunno. Maybe you should try walking to where it is and pressing up.
