Anyone has a full list of food recipes?

Your recipe books should tell you what ingredients you need - if there are empty spots inside, you didn't find one of the ingredients yet.
I personally tried to craft every recipe with unknown results at least once in order to fill out the book. Also, you get additional crafting recipes via additional books later on

They are Arena rewards.
I'd recommend doing all the arena fights in between chapters, since you also get goodies like the crossbow, or additional trinket slots.
Usually you can also do the ones that get unlocked which are populated by the upcoming chapters' enemies.

Hey, I also wished someone had uploaded a full food recipe guide during my first playthrough. It's very frustrating to see some random food thing you need to craft armor or weapons and not know what it is. Like others say you'll need recipe books to make these and you get them from the arena I believe. Regardless Here is a link to all of them [imgur.com]

I never needed a food item for crafting before gaining access to said food item, though. If you need a food item you are missing for crafting gear at your current chapter, said food item is already available to craft in one of the books you could theoretically have access to.
If you do not have the book, the recipes linked are useless since the game doesn't allow synthesizing gear without owning the corresponding book anyways
