Cant seem to find two of the Karon abilities and "Air surf"

I'm looking for the ability thats under "Item Master" and another thats below "Drunken Fist" are these two Karon abilities tied to items found using the Gacha coins?

also: can someone tell me where "air surf" is? I'm already at the end of the Post script but I never found this scroll anywhere...

Air surf is in Elysium. Look for something hidden in shadows UNDER you, a gap between the platforms will let you drop down and then double jump to the left.

Underneath [Drunken Fist] is - Cast Iron. This is obtained by filling the EXP gauge for the armor [Emerus] which is found I think in Chapter 4 or Chapter 6... I honestly forget where. It's a Treasure Box prize. So put on [Karon's Nose] and go lookin!

As for the skill under [Item Master] i'm missing that as well, but I reckon it comes from a later Weapon/Shield or Armor I haven't got yet. If i stumble upon it i'll reply again

Edit - So yeah. the final Karon ability is obtained from the weapon you get when you finish the Great Sage's Side Quest [Collecting every Weapon. Shield and Armor]
