Game won't start anymore?

Anyone knows why my game wont start anymore? After i click launch it semi-crashes, it shows on processes running, but it doesn't show on applications running? Very weird, it used to work before...

Same problem. I've used a Win 7 and a Win 10 computer, and both no longer start the game.

Guys, I realize the thread is ancient but I wanted to visit this again and was able to start it under Win10. Find the install folder usually under Steam/steamapp/common. Then look for Mosby's. Inside of the folder find the Mosby application and right click until its highlighted. The compatibility tab will appear on the top of the next box. Half way down is the run under compatibility - set it to XP service pack 3, bottom right and hit apply. Exit. back into Steam and start from there. Worked and started up for me.

i didnt encounter this issue when i composed my game guide for mosby's. is this something that started happening post 2020?
