Thank you for your feedback.
In regards to the demo not working, the dev teams need more details. Please contact us here and send us your specs:

Our support team will then take over and collect the required information.
Best regards,

After you start the game, it appears on the taskbar for about a second, then crashes without any error message... If that's the case like here.
Also tried to submit a ticket, but even that doesn't work...
Windows Settings > Settings > System > Display > Advanced Display Settings
Tried without Rivatuner (in few games that was the source of problem), but same, doesn't run
Config:
- AMD A8 6600k (2 cores, 4 threads, 4GHz Turbo)
- 6GB DDR3
- AMD Radeon HD66701GB
- Windows 10
Does the monitor have a 50Hz mode?
50.0 exactly.
And I can't force it to lower. Tried with all 3, no result.
Would be a weird issue if that would be the problem...
I have one idea, but not sure that's the case.
Windows 10 21H2 build 19044.1348
But no, not gonna update just for this.
Aha!
The Steam Deck is also crashing, and it does not have a 50Hz mode.
Here's the thing: The game is locking my monitor at 50Hz in fullscreen mode. I'm guessing it's crashing on launch in response to being unable to force 50Hz.
Maybe try the config in the game files? You can turn off the fullscreen as far as I can tell, but I have no clue if it works.
In the game's folder: in resources\UserData folder, there's a simple readme.txt
You can edit that and have to rename the file to graphicConfig.lua
Never seen this kind of config file before
The fullscreen switch doesn't make any change, since the neccesary things doesn't load to perform. Tried the other switches too, same.
It doesn't appear to do anything for me, at least. Oh well, hopefully Microids will fix this.
I was looking forward to it, but the demo isn't working on steamdeck. Will there be a fix to make it work?
It's not working on Steam Deck because of a fullscreen bug forcing 50Hz, which the screen of the Steam Deck doesn't have.
You need to fix your request form - it's in --- French I guess?
I have a user-mode generated crash dump file. I went out of the way to install Debugging tools for Windows 7 because I was genuinely curious as to why the crash was happening, even though I have absolutely no programming experience.
tl;dr it claims an invalid parameter was passed to a C++ runtime function, and it involves a dll called ucrtbase.dll
Does this game support Windows 7 or not?
Not a dev, but yes, it uses libraries that windows 7 supports.
-The devs are french and their webmaster probably doesn't care enough to update 3 lines of text on the inquiry form, Arkanoid's title is in english, though!
It's a normal inquiry form, just submit your error report
However...I still hope that a good game can come out.
We'll see...
